Shauna is an experienced in-house attorney and legal advisor, whose career has spanned tech, law, and nonprofits. After beginning her career in Big Law, she worked in-house at tech startups in the U.S. and the UK, ultimately leading on commercial, product and privacy legal. She has served as outside counsel to tech companies at various stages, advising primarily on technology transactions, privacy, and cybersecurity. Shauna has deep experience across the tech ecosystem, and is particularly passionate about companies working at the forefront of healthtech, SaaS, and AI.

Outside of her legal practice, Shauna serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Lens on Life Project, a U.S. 501(c)(3) that supports photography and computer literacy training for at-risk youth around the world.
