Charlyn Ho founded and leads Rikka Law.

Rikka Law’s mission is to deliver excellent client service in new and innovative ways. Rikka Law has an unrelenting focus on forging deep relationships with clients by getting to truly know their business. We strive to earn our client’s trust so they can rely on us as an extension of their in-house legal team.

Charlyn named Rikka Law in honor of her mother who was tragically killed when a semi truck hit her family’s vehicle while they were on a roadtrip. Rikka was her mother’s favorite form of ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arrangement.

Rikka takes great mastery and skill to practice but accentuation of simplicity and the natural beauty of plants is a primary objective of the art form.  This is how Rikka Law aims to practice law - leveraging the mastery and skill of its attorneys to synthesize complex legal concepts into their essence, resolve roadblocks, close deals quickly, and create value.
